Seaweed. For instance, I boil kombu with whatever dried beans I'm cooking, because there's so much iodine in it I only need a small amount..

My biggest complaint about the conservative patriot movement is the general lack of ability to see the bigger picture, and because of that it has become reactionary only.

The "enemy" is very well organized and efficient at planning and achieving generational goals, for instance... And it seems like there's zero respect for that - and so they are misunderstood and underestimated, dismissed, and basically invisible behind their army of fools.

WWI and II were planned for decades before they started, and for much different reasons than what so-called history books claim. WW1 started soon after the Titanic fiasco and The Fed - with it, the best men and boys of a generation were killed first, prodded with shame and named cowards if they didn't go along (sound familiar?). By the end of The Great War, Europe was left with the absolute worst of a generation and millions of orphans for the State to educate and indoctrinate.. The Ottomans were toppled, Palestine was stolen from the Arabs, along with their blood and reputation. After WWI gold confiscation by centralized governments was magically a worldwide phenomena, fiat currencies blossomed, and medicine became a mechanism of human farming and population control..

There's much much more to it, but for the moment I'm out of time to write the rest of my thoughts, sorry.

When did the Southern Democrats migrate to New York and displace Northern Republicans to The South?

Agreement, applies consequence whether it's conscious or unconscious. Marketing campaigns tell stories filled with lies of omission, without experience and awareness to use the important tools of contrast and comparison, one may easily destroy themselves with their own belief systems.

Becoming more aware and making better, conscious, choices is paramount.

Maritime law seems to have something to do with it.. The body (baby) being a vessel that passes through water (and blood) through the birthing canal (berth is naval term for cargo storage), to be docked, and registered, berth certificate, etc..

Roads and driveways are considered "water" for commerce, vehicles need to be registered with the State, and their privateers patrol for contraband and booty. I know how wild it all sounds.

Buying whole, in bulk, is the cheapest way...

Https://www.Mountainroseherbs.com is one of the sites I shop.

You can buy whole ingredients in bulk and make your own foods.. Humans have allowed themselves to be controlled by conveniences. Stop it.

How much does a jar of organic raspberry jam cost? I don't know. I make it fresh for when I want it, using two ingredients - maple syrup and frozen berries I buy when they're on sale. Put in a pan, simmer until desired thickness....

Bread, biscuits, pancakes, crumpets, pasta, cakes, pie crust, etc..? Easy to make, especially if you buy already ground flour, unlike me. I have to be a penny pincher and buy whole grains that I grind myself.. A two pound loaf of sourdough bread doesn't require two pounds of flour. And even if you spend more on organic flour, it's cheaper per loaf than that shit in plastic bags - unless you're picking up the absolute cheapest on the shelf. In any case, it'll be 3-ingredients (flour, water, salt) vs the dozen+ on storebought and will have far more nutrient density.

Beans, super easy to make.. A $.99 can of beans is a rip off. Some dry beans are that much per pound.

I've been buying grains from azurestandard because they're the cheapest I've found at the moment. I have two other sources, that have difficulty stocking what we use most.

This entire movement is a masterfully crafted, massive diversion. Do nothing, and your kids are trans'd, but get involved and fight, and you'll develop tunnel vision, and miss the clues needed to piece together the bigger picture.

How extensively is this being covered in legacy media? I don't have a TV so I'm curious how much is being disseminated to my dad through his indoctrination stations.
