Your "field of work" have been harming, lying to, coercing, killing and maiming people for decades. It's been mostly a scam since the 1900's in the name of "science".

I can not stand even being close to the white coats - been one time in 30yrs for a physical and it was a complete a waste of time and money. Never again.
They love to get people in for the annual "well person" physicals to get them on some drug. High Blood pressure? Here you go. Skin problems - here you go. Anything they can get a drug for. Upset stomach - Drug, Oh must be the bladder - drug, maybe it's your blood - Blood thinner.
I call the annual well person exam the gateway - they will lead you down a path that is not good.

Niacinamide is the no flush version on B3. I have heard that it doesn't produce the same positive effects. The key is gradually building up - not banging down 1000mg's off the bat.
