Unless this is some kind of different ceremony that looks like a laying of the wreath ceremony, this may have been the real thing. George News unequivocally has had the most access to president trump throughout his tenure, sharing many photos of their behind the scenes with POTUS. Also, if this is the laying of the wreath, it would mean he is still president. Space force flag also in these photos, so it would have to be well after trump took office.
