Proprietors owners have ALL of the power in their power to license trespass or not. No Shoes, No Shirt, No Mask, No Service - or employment.

Homesickness. Have you ever tried to get a dried cow plop in NYC or Murkee?

It’s like you or I reminiscing about the smell of fresh baked bread. What does a Somali remember the smell of, smoldering cow plop. “God Damnit, Muhammad, wait until they’re dry! The soggy ones are nasty.”

You are probably correct. The proprietors have ALL of the power, in their power to license or not trespass. No Shoes, No Shirt, No Mask, NO SERVICE. “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

I have a mask - one - for when it is convenient for me, when I want to give custom.

My wife loves to virtue signal, church lady that she is I do love her. I don’t believe that she ever washes her hands, not after a shitty toilet and not before making hamburger.

Monday is my heavy housecleaning day, today three hours scrubbing floors and countertops and sanitizing countertops, but then I have always done that, and vacuuming all the carpet.

My rural town is on an Island in Lake Michigan, with 700 souls, isolated and poor.

Take a shot, you won’t forget. It is peppery and I think that the major flavor is gentian.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angostura_bitters

“ The largest purveyor of Angostura bitters in the world is Nelsen's Hall Bitters Pub on Washington Island off the northeast tip of Door Peninsula in Door County, Wisconsin. The pub began selling shots of bitters as a "stomach tonic for medicinal purposes" under a pharmaceutical license during Prohibition in the United States. The practice, which helped the pub to become the oldest continuously operating tavern in Wisconsin, remained a tradition after the repeal of Prohibition. As of 2018, the pub hosts a Bitters Club, incorporates bitters into food menu items, and sells upwards of 10,000 shots per year.

Oh, and Fresh Lawyers are a local delicacy.. Whitefish fisherman’s bycatch, bottom feeders, with their ‘heart’ right next to their anus. “Poor man’s lobster.”

Nothing random about it if you live here. Not much else to do but study and drink. Underage drinking is our major crime, with less than a hundred in our one roof schoolhouse, the smallest school district in the state.

Name a better tonic! Here where I live we drink the most per capita Angostura Bitters in the world. Our one grocery sells quart bottles of Angostura.

Nelsen’s Hall and Bitters Club on Washington Island, located on Wisconsin’s side of Lake Michigan, has been pouring Angostura shots by the ounce since 1920. As with so many odd drinking traditions, the practice began as a means of circumventing Prohibition.

Were face-panties noted as optional before the PLAndemic? Does any one open carry their pistol? I thought not. That is why I resigned as Commander.
American Legion National rolled over and pissed themselves like a whipped puppy.

So embarrassing.

I don’t need to be lectured at by a post-modern.

Celestine Prophecy has also received some criticism, mostly from the literary community, who point out that the plot of the story is not well developed and serves only as a delivery tool for the author's ideas about spirituality.

James Redfield has admitted that, even though he considers the book to be a novel, his intention was to write a parable, a story meant to illustrate a point or teach a lesson.“

As American Legion Post Commander I inverted our Flag in May 2020 and caused a mighty kerfuffle with cops involved. Then I shortly resigned for the AmLegion refusing to refuse.

A premise to my resignation was the inability to gather members for my commissioning. The current pro-tem couldn’t say what is in his mouth.

YOU have been proved compliant and there will be another PLAndemic.

I am reading at the moment Michael Davies - An Evaluation by John S. Daly. Many pages are devoted to the gradiations of authority and expertise in the Roman Church and the Concilar Church (The Church post Second Vatican Council).

Generally from Holy Scripture and Tradition, not regarded by the Church as infallible – the Fathers and Doctors speaking alone, the s Saints and Popes expressing their private views, writings approved by high authority in the Church or by long tradition, etc., profane writers or authors should be used only with the utmost discernment ; much more so the statements of heretics, apostates and infidels; but never should living persons be adduced as authorities.

“Opinions are like coins, the value of which is reckoned not by their number but by their weight and the amount of precious metal in them. Thus opinions are not commended by the number of authors who maintain them, but by the quality of reason, truth and prudence which support them. Otherwise the fools would ever be victorious, as there are more of them than of the wise.” (Cardinal Sfondratus : In Reg. Sacerd., lib. 1, n. 20 and lib. 2, n. 14§6)
