Depending where at E/W Wa makes a hell of a difference as well as the time of day. I've spent some time in the Seattle area and traffic alone is a nightmare on a REGULAR day. Throw in a regional blackout and you probably can kiss that plan goodby unless you already have a back-road route planned which you know won't be congested.

Yeah, these are all cloudflare IPs... If cloudflare goes down or pulls the plug those IPs won't work
