As I have seen about Cartels since the early 90’s ( South Texas here so Reynosa/ all the way to borderland of Eagle Pass and west to Laredo ) there’s always been a lot of black magic/ satanic etc with animal sacrifice— was on the news daily in the mid 90’s in San Antonio re: chicken parts/ black eggs etc to target Cartel adversaries or whatever— I personally grew up in New Orleans— voodoo was a big thing there too plus you had the benefit of the mafia sections fighting each other 🤣🤣

Exactly- and cook real food where you control the sodium and preservative content- I had an unfortunate advantage in the 80’s when my 9 year old became type one diabetic— read every label and cooked everything fresh — he’s almost 50 and a good cook himself and likes real food over processed— stay away from the cereal/ snack sections— you’ll learn to love food again

Haven’t eaten fast food in years— way too expensive for one and its high calorie/ low nutritional content— but I’ve always been low income and a $6 New York strip and a $1 russet potato with $1 of veggies (salad especially better if homegrown makes three meals for me — I cook everyday— don’t eat frozen meals hardly ever— never fast food and do have a small garden for fresh herbs and vegetables
