I think its great that these Russians hacked into Deep State Microsoft. Insane Bill Gates wants to put microchips in our brains to keep us connected to the internet in realtime and find a way to destroy what he terms the "God gene" in us. I am right with you there. The engineering wonders and marvels that the US and Russia could create working together that could lead to a Star Trek future beyond imagination. For the time being, I would wish for a badass US-Russia Alliance, two Christian nations that could challenge the DS and maintain stability in the world. The plan was to introduce a bioweapon in the US and afterward invade the weakened United States and share those assets with the Islamic states and Russia under false pretenses. Once they had subdued the remnant of America's population, they would then turn against Russia, ALL ALONE against an overwhelming invasion of ChiComs. It brings to mind the Satanic Divide and Conquer strategy of which no Christian nation could stand against the overwhelming millions of swarming ChiComs. Sounds insane, this ChiCom Genreral appears to be twisted in the mind, but what if this plan or a version of it is really true.
That was a great moment in history, you could see the mutual respect and genuine interaction. This I thought was the beginning of a great friendship and possible alliance between the Russian Federatiion and the United States. Remember that Adam Shiff's sister is married to Alex Soros.

A Russian alliance is not impossible. Americans forget that it was the Russians that SAVED the Union in 1863. These were dark times for the Union, they were losing the war. President Lincoln begged the Russian Foreign Minister Karkov for help during the Civil War because the Anglo-French Alliance were inteferring and trying to divide the Union. While Confederate ships were ravaging Union commerce with Europe where by 1864, the Confederates had sunk 1300 Union ships. In September of 1863 Tsar Alexander II responded by sending part of his Naval Fleet to San Francisco and to New York to block French and British ships from supplying the Confederates. In New York the Russian Navy actually paraded on Broadway Avenue with Americans cheering them on both sides of the street.

There is so much more to this story but suffice it to say that the Russian Navy squadrons succeeded in keeping the French and British at bay and protecting Union trade shipping, which turned the tide of the war. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Even if both your parents were stationed in another COUNTRY, being born of United States PARENTS automatically makes you Natural-Born anyway even if your Mom would have been off base it does not change anything. The key is to be born of US PARENTS. The Founding Fathers understood this.
If your PARENTS happened to be NATURALIZED parents BEFORE you were born, that still makes you a NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN and you can run for the Office of POTUS.
If you would have been born of PARENTS that were NATURALIZED AFTER you were born, then you would be a NATURALIZED CITIZEN. Anchor babies are NATURALIZED Citizens. If you would have been born of ONLY ONE American Citizen Parent then you would be considered a NATURALIZED Citizen.
In your case however, as you state, your Parents are LIFELONG CITIZENS and therefore are already NATURAL-BORN CITIZENS. I have no clue why you have a government issued NATURALIZATION Certificate, that is a total mistake and you could easily prove that you are a NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN. The problem is that many government employees don't understand the difference and assume that Naturalized means born in a different country even if your parents are US citizens.

The important issue to remember is the actual definition of NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN a Legal Term INVENTED by the famous International Lawyer, Emer DeVattel in 1758. His definition is very specitfic, Natural-Born Citizens, are those born in the country, of PARENTS who are citizens. That is as simple as it gets. You may say, well wait a minute, I was not born in the country on US soil so I must have been a German citizen which is not the case. AT birth your LOYALTY to the United States was automatically conferred upon you by your NATURAL-BORN PARENTS, making you a NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN of the United States. You were NEVER a German citizen and as such, you cannot be Naturalized if you were NOT a German citizen. In other words, if you are ALREADY a Natural-Born American Citizen, how in the world can you become NATURALIZED, it makes absolutely no sense, its an oxymoron.
When the Constitution was drawn up, we never had military bases in foreign lands and mothers always had their babies on US soil, it was a given. Military and diplomats were always Men in those days, that travelled to foreign countries, so it was never a question as to the nationality of the child. Things have changed since then, but the point is, that you were never a GERMAN citizen and as such, you can't legally be a Naturalized citizen if you were NEVER a foreigner in the first place.
It is really IMPORTANT to remember that if you are born of US Natural-Born Parents in another country you DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY BECOME A CITIZEN OF THAT FOREIGN COUNTRY. I remember, years ago when John McCain ran for POTUS, his birth was challenged being that he was not born on US soil, he was born in Panama. His Natural-Born Parents were stationed at a US Military Base in Panama. He was declared eligible to run for President nonetheless because he was not a foreigner that became Naturalized. Emer DeVattel's, 1758 LAW OF NATIONS was HEAVILY consulted by the Founding Fathers, the framers of our Constitution. In his writings, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN actually tells us that Law Of Nations was consulted regularly when framing the Constitution. The Framers of the Constitution used the Legal term NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN which has its origins from DeVattel's Law Of Nations 1758.
The 1758 LAW OF NATIONS plainly states what NATURAL- BORN CITIZEN is; here is an excerpt from Law Of Nations;
("§212. Citizens and natives. - The natives, or Natural-Born Citizens, are those born in the country, of PARENTS who are citizens.")
Emer DeVattel invented the Legal term NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN 266 years ago and this term was afterward adopted and incorporated into the Constitution by the Founding Fathers, there is NO mystery here. Even the Supreme Court has NO AUTHORITY to interpret the definition of Natural-Born Citizen, as it stands in the US Constitution, because the INVENTOR of the LEGAL term NATURAL-BORN CITIZEN has already DEFINED the definition and meaning of it before SCOTUS ever existed. As such, Emer DeVattel is the absolute authority on this subject and the term Natural-Born Citizen cannot be interpreted in any other way except by the plain meaning of it defined in the Law Publication, LAW OF NATIONS 1758.
SOME Socialist Liberals have challenged these facts by using the 14th Amendment which deals with NATURALIZATION of citizens which does NOT mean Natural-Born Citizen. EVs should be parked on cinder blocks for the winter, just like in the old days when Ford Model Ts had hard rubber tires that cracked and were useless in the winter. I always considered EVs to be more of a newfangled gadget or fancy golf cart. You can't even tow anything with them or will kill the battery real quick. The worse part however is, unlike a gas or diesel vehicle that runs out of fuel, you can quickly get a can of fuel dump it in the fuel tank and you go. Meanwhile stranded in your dead EV, just try to fill up a 5 gallon of KILOWATTS to get your EV going. EVs use very inefficient resistive load electric heaters that are very unreliable if your life depends on it in the middle of winter.
