I live in PA and had to fight to get mine a few weeks ago. I found out here its a lottery system. They get 60 referrals a week from doctors but may only choose 15 to 20 people. I also had to pay for it out of pocket.

Just schools and medical right now. Most people are not wearing masks anywhere else. Also most parents are finding ways around the mask mandates for their kids in schools. Again depends on the school district. I am in central PA.
