This shit will kill my very expensive fish, and letting water "sit for 10 minutes" does nothing. You have to add chemicals to the water to neutralize the chlorine and hard water components. Water softeners/agers DO NOT deal with CHLORAMINE! I have fish worth $800 each, and this shit will kill them! Pretty sure I know more about water quality than the average person... more than familiar with nitrates and nitrites, ammonia and other poisons in water, and the effects on living things.

To top it off, 30 day ban but zero notice of it on my profile. This was manual intervention.
