I think most people will see federal law being desirable, and the state laws being pushed anyway as a sign of something bad... or maybe I'm giving the average mouth breather too much credit. I've actually started to see loads of cops around now too, but hadn't seen ANY for months and months... suddenly they're all over the place. I think they want to start ramping up sleepy Adelaide next and get them coming in line with the martial law status in Melbourne... can't wait :/
