Having no symptoms is a symptom, eh?

Locals too...
Believe me, I will! I have dealt with this too long to mess it up!
Thank you. π
I fully appreciate that, friend. God bless you!!!
Thank you so much!!! You must know that's one of my very favorites by him.
I will restart collagen. π
Thank you! My problems are the result of a car wreck. I do take supplements, but have had to stop for a couple weeks for the surgery.
Anyone here have a total knee replacement? Any advice for mine next week? I have a recumbent bike at home I will use, as much as I can, along with PT. I have ice packs as well. My right knee hurts way more than my left (being replaced) ever did. I could barely walk yesterday because of a storm front. I never had that problem until this year. I'm falling apart at 46!

Love this song so much! Pogo is very creative.
I found a local honey that's unprocessed that I highly enjoy. I bought a 3lbs bottle a few months ago that I try to use sparingly, as it's not cheap, but it's so good. I made strawberry honey butter with it yesterday.
As a rule, I avoid soy, except in chips. π’π’π’ Gotta give it up for myself and something better for my family. I need to make my own corn chips.
I love corn chips. Love them. I wish I could find those cooked in avocado oil.
I have tried Siete products and they only use good oils and other stuff. I enjoy them.
I avoid seed oils as much as I can, except for in chips, which are a weakness. I use the ones you have listed along with avocado oil.
Thank you!!!
Mmmm!!! Thanks!!!
I usually take bromelain supplements, but had to stop last week for surgery. I will make more use of the pineapple and tumeric that I have to eat. I will add to this week's menu. Thanks!
What foods do you eat to fight inflammation?
Oh, man!! I am so sorry to hear that! What an awful situation. They over-complicate everything.
The nurse said we were past the window for my husband to possibly donate and I was never given the option or anything for storing my own.
I had my total knee replacement last Tuesday. Recovery hasn't been too bad. I think I have a couple advantages the usual demographic for them doesn't have-- I am young(er) and have overall more muscle mass needed for the post-op therapy. Swelling keeps going down and I get to do what I can when I'm in my chair, as well as the exercises out of it. I'm really trying to stay away from pain meds. PT isn't awful. I go back today. I barely remember what my doctor told me after, but I do think he said it took longer than he thought it would.
My husband was the absolute hero of the week. He used some vacation and took great care of me, our son, and the house. Hopefully I can move to the cane soon and be able to drive. Going stir crazy!
