My thoughts on Laura Ingraham are that she and other high profile media personalities like Tucker Carlson will be reporting from Gitmo on the rumored tribunals starting in June/July. I also noted that Laura Ingraham's Twitter banner depicts red sky ("red sky at morning, sailors take warning") Indicating that a storm is brewing.
He also mentions "Space Force and how well that's done and how important that's been". I am not aware of publicized information outlining the great successes of Space Force, but I believe it has been very important to what has happened in the background and Trump is calling that to our attention.

I believe that you are mostly correct. He appears to me to be part of the "movie", acting in a part to drain rhino resources and expose disloyalty. DeSantis has done many good things for Florida (Trumps home state, where the Winter White House is located), and he isn't stupid. Of course, time will tell and I'm trying to see this from a 40K foot view.
