We have been trying to develop an mRNA vaccine for well-known diseases for 20+ years. We have yet to create a successful mRNA vaccine; yet, somehow we were able to create one for a completely novel virus in less than a year.

The FDA approval process takes YEARS to complete. We have completely circumvented that process & began mass distribution to the public with no understanding of short/long term side effects.

The closest relatives of Covid (SARS-CoV-2) are SARS-CoV-1 and MERS-CoV. Both of these viruses display antibody dependent enhancement (ADE). A vaccine is literally the WORST thing you could do to treat a virus with ADE properties. This is usually detected during Phase III of clinical trials in the FDA approval process (again we circumvented this procress).

There is a 99.9% survival rate from Covid. The “benefits” of the vaccines do not outweigh the “risks.”

I’m surprised I haven’t seen any of the “experts” discuss this topic.
There are a number of viruses that have antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) properties.
Most notably:
SARS-CoV (sound familiar?) MERS-CoV Dengue virus
A vaccine is literally the worst thing you could do to treat these viruses. It makes subsequent infections exponentially worse.
That’s why we are seeing so many fully vaccinated people testing positive for and/or dying from the “delta variant.”
I had a bit of a breakthrough with my younger brother this weekend. We have had numerous disagreements on topics (Covid, President Trump, etc.) in the past. He has said that I have repeatedly told him to "do his own research" and that was not a valid argument.
We are both big NBA fans and I used this as an example to illustrate what I meant when I said "do your own research."
The NBA draft is coming up next week and we started talking about it. How we felt about a couple different guys in the draft, team needs, etc. I asked him how do you form your opinion on a specific player. Do you just "trust the experts (Chad Ford, Marc Stein, etc.)" by reading mock drafts, player profiles, etc? He said, yeah I read the mock drafts, player profiles, etc. from the "experts" but I will normally pull YouTube clips to watch the player and form my own opinion.
I said that is what I mean by "do your own research."
You could have blindly accepted what the "experts" tell you about a specific player and regurgitated their opinions. Instead, you decided to "do your own research" and form your own opinion. This is no different than Covid, etc.
He said he now understand what I mean by "do your own research."
I thought this example might help some of you get through to others.
The number of people that mistakenly believe the Covid vaccines are FDA approved is alarming.
None of them has received FDA approval. They have received Emergency Use Authorization.
That’s a huge difference!
