Awesome - make it a habit. I walk the dogs every day. Pull some weeds. Sit on my deck to pray and catch some rays. Also sit outside to read. Unless it's raining, find time to get some sun and fresh air! Nothing better for you.
Beautifully said! You never know what someone's been through, what struggles they are going through/have overcome, their family situation, etc.
The older I've gotten (more than half a century and counting!) the more I learn about how to make good choices. That includes who is in my "tribe." You don't have to think like me, but you do need to respect my beliefs.
And as far as the commies go, you are dead on. Parents need to quesiton the curriculum every chance they get and rise up against anti-American teachings.
After all I have seen on my short time on earth I cannot believe we have reached this precipice. Keeping positive, praying and holding faith that God wins in the end! Blessings to all.
So sorry to hear that. I have a family member who acts similarly. They live in a different country, which has gone full blown lockdown, which just validates their delusions. No talking to them either. I just pray that this ends soon and people's eyes are opened to what it's really about.
Happy for you that you made the right choice! Victims always have someone to blame. Owning your life and choices is HARD. Turning to God is evern harder for some.
Keep in mind that some people have to make their own families ... some are toxic. Do what works for you, and accept the path others take to retain their sanity and health!
Maintaining your property takes money and effort - sweat equity if you don't pay someone to do it for you. Leftists want things handed to them a la socialism, but haven't a clue the resources it takes to keep up with taxes, building and land maintenance. If you own land, keep sitting on your personal gold mine!
I've been asked the same thing by coworkers who are now "relieved" they can go outside now that they've had their death shot. One person had not gone out to eat in a year.
In this case "No." is a complete sentence. When it came out I said I don't want aborted fetus cells or gene therapy, but that didn't go over well. Now I just say "no" and move on to a different subject. No one's business what I put into my body, except for God.
Do it in China too. A while back I told the story about being young and having cheap furniture. When it started to come apart, we found it was stuffed with trash.
Now that I am much older (and wiser), I check the country of origin on anything I buy. USA or no way.
Got a shillelagh from Ireland earlier this year. It's harder than a steel pipe and good looking, too!
