Given the media/deepstaters seem to be rooting for a riot, I don’t think they will try to suppress the news if Kyle is found not guilty.

Man your subject line almost gave me a heart attack, I thought you meant the mandate was here to stay.

Happy to see the good news though

I saw the Defense say something about a mistrial with prejudice, which my non lawyer brain would interpret as the state would not be allowed to take another shot at Kyle… but would that leave him vulnerable to other legal harassment?

The article I saw was dated 29 October. I got the notice about 8 Dec too, then on Friday got word it was pushed back to 4 Jan... but I know some companies with more liberal corporate staff are pushing the mandate more aggressively than they need to... Can't wait to see them get there asses sued, or tried in the Nuremburg style along with the political crowd depending how things shake out.

No, the big case for the federal workers and contractors is in the 11th circuit (which is under Clarence Thomas so that’s hopeful), and the last I heard out of that is that the government has to provide some data by 15 Nov for the first hearing. I think a DC judge also told the feds not to fire anyone while the court case is pending

Did they do the math and figgure out Fairfax can’t manufacture the votes? Or was the fake ballot production suffer a labor shortage due to the death jab mandate?

Not that things should have gotten to this point in the first place…. But if the Bidet admin can’t force this on federal employees then it stands to reason that no government agency can force it on private sector employees.

No… identifying the rioting pedos as victims would be though, as that language would prejudice the jury. Calling them rioters though is ok cause they were identified as rioting.

I’m honestly starting to wonder if they are one in the same…

It’s a satirical essay by Johnathan Swift (probably best known as the author of Guliver’s Travels) that was mocking British policy towards the Irish. Part of it was a proposal to eat Irish children as a solution to poverty.

I for one will be keeping one in the chamber for the time being…

Yeah, it strikes me as both a financial penalty ($200-300 a week) and harassment… like as long as it’s using a shallow swab or even a blood test once a week at the government’s expense I could deal with it (I’m diabetic so bleeding into a test strip really doesn’t bother me), but the current guidance just seems like coercion.

The Brave browser is pretty secure as far as avoiding viruses hidden in website banner ads, and the antivirus that comes with windows isn’t bad these days…

That being said be hyper vigilant about your internet habits. Browsing the web and a new page opens saying “virus detected “? Don’t click it, go with your virus scanner but 9/10 times that pop up is just to get you to buy some ransomware. Your bank email you saying your account is compromised? Don’t follow any links in that email, call your bank at the number in the back of your card. Got a fun looking personality test pop up on social media? Those answers are also common answers for security questions.

And finally, most of the actual compromises of people’s email I’ve seen has been because a site you are signed up with got hacked. Never use the same password with a website/merchant that you use to log into your email.

Not sure about if their neighborhoods were attacked, but I remember plenty of coverage on TGP about them being attacked and the assailants released without bond.

I thought a federal judge blocked this 2 weeks ago… did I miss an update?

Heh, was chatting with some people while my car was getting fixed, one of them said something about not thinking the masks worked… me being a nerd started talking about how small the virus was vs bacteria and the holes in the mask material as relates to filtering…

The 3rd dude says “way I see it, if you can smell a fart through it,?it doesn’t work”…

Think that 3rd dude served the more effective red pill that day.

IIRC Garlics antimicrobial properties are a result of sulfur compounds and not quercetin

September 11th marks 2 major defeats for the Ottoman Turks… their defeat at the siege of Malta in 1565 and the breaking of the Siege of Vienna by based Polish and Lithuanian Calvary in 1529. Given that the Ottoman Empire is seen as the previous caliphate, yeah it would make sense for Muslims to want revenge on that date. (Never mind they lost battles against the west defending themselves, but that’s logic for those that worship a 6th century pedo barbarian warlord).

I’m honestly surprised from that article to see the UAW opposing the mandate. I’ve always thought of them as one of the DNC,s tentacles

The stuff at the end about the authorization for a coup sounds similar to how the Turkish military worked… well before Estrogen pulled off the purge.

My worry is that the Biden admin wants to use it for the troops that refuse the death jab :(

Why is it that I have my doubts that the censor happy social media giants won’t be correcting the record on this.
