I have struggled with this too. Politics and laws are downstream of culture.
The Constitution is there to basically gently remind a moral people what they should be doing; it is ill equipped to restrain psychopaths; there is a noted lack of "or else" in it.
You simply can't have a Constitution and nation of laws when your nation's culture resembles that of fucking Liberia or China.

Indeed, the Liberian Constitution of 1847 was based almost word for word on the US Constitution, including the right to arms and freedom of the press. Result?
Their awful culture turned a really nice corner of Africa into a murderous and corrupt shithole.
Same document. Different culture. Different result.
Now, what is the solution?
IMO, bring back outlawry. Anyone outside the prevailing culture as it existed in 1787 has no protection of law. Constitution only protects you if you're the right culture. Sorry not sorry.
What they will do is poison, the land and water, so that it has basically a value of zero, then they will offer you well above market, which is still basically nothing, then, give you an apartment for free inside of their Smart city. This, of course is how it is working in China.
This is just fighting the last war. Democrats will just print up 100 million ballots and dump them in the harvesting locations.
Without ink-on-finger paper ballots cast in person with ID and mandated voter re-registration every year, we lose.
I'm not sure this is a persuasive line of reasoning.
Governments make decisions to kill some people so that others may live all the time - for example, approving a medical device that will save 100 that otherwise would have died while killing 1 that would have lived. I know this because I have sat on those decision committees. So I don't think this line of reasoning will work on normies.
The line of reasoning that will work is "more people died in aggregate than if the government had done nothing."
If you broke frame and/or acted weak, let her go, the relationship will never be the same.
