In domestic territory their is not benefit to destroying infrastructure. And there would be no point. Then govt tracks its own people faster than on foreign land. Further, tell me in what scenario would these tanks be used in the case of antifa/blm riots or individual cabal and their security. In the former foot soldiers can handle that and in the later more likely stroke teams would handle that.
