Take a photo with the front facing camera(screen side camera) yes it mirrors, this isn't deliberate its a feature that is automatically on by default on most phones.

Nothing was printed incorrectly it was meant to be read from the outside of the car. You are seeing the back of the paper and the print is bleeding through the correct way paper that print bleeds paper through reads.
