It looks legit to me as well. However, I do want to say one thing. I posted in the title that he had been banned for 3 years because of that same three year timestamp gap in uploaded videos on that channel. I say this to point out that we are in part comparing a data point with itself. I do not actually know how long Dave was banned from YouTube.
So if we wanted to confirm that the 3 year gap in videos on this channel coincided with the actual date of his ban, we would need another source to confirm when exactly he was banned in the first place.
