If Biden, and let’s say also Kamala, are legally proven guilty of insurrection before Jan. 20, what happens? The 20th Amendment, Section 3, gives succession order, but it does not specify what happens in this scenario and specifies that Congress can decide by a future law. I’m not sure that such a law exists.
