I saw parked flat bed trucks, loaded with timber, in a Quebec livestream this past weekend. I thought they must be doing it to add to the weight.

My wife went for her annual mammogram, and they asked if she were vaccinated. She told them, no. I was surprised to hear their reasoning for asking her. I thought they were worried she's not vaccinated.

Instead, they said the reason they ask, is that the vaccinations affect the lymph nodes.

I watched a few minutes of the CBC today, and I couldn't believe how dishonest their characterization of the protestors was. They talked about them, as if they were criminals.

I think QR codes get people's curiosity. Make some stickers with a QR code that links to the best site you think people ought to see. There are converters online that will change a website to a QR code. Print it out and make business cards or stickers. The stickers don't have to be that big. You don't have to add other lettering, necessarily. Maybe, just a headline at the top that says check this out. Then, people can just point their phones to the stickers, and see something they might not know about.

The convoy has been a good idea, but will a strike accomplish anything for the good people of the US? People have been going through a lot of suffering for more than two years. I think this is a great forum, and I agree with a lot said here, in principle. But many commenters here sound like they're just masochists. Direct your energy at the people who got us into this, not regular people.

Most politicians have this obnoxious, practiced smile, while knowing that people can't stand them. This woman joins Justin Trudeau and Nancy Pelosi, in showing this "talent."

Biden announced the government is going to spend millions to hand out crack pipes to addicts. Is that rock bottom enough?

Very sorry to hear about the nightmare there. Georgia (USA) has been pretty low-key, fortunately. I think the Governor's EO in 2020, that businesses can't be sued by people who get a virus, after visiting their establishments, helped. They enter at their own risk.

I think Scott's mental block is, to some degree, due to an assumption the mainstream media is honest. Regular TV watchers have this problem, because so many of the talking heads are good at convincing people who want to self-identify as smart and elite, that they are connected to the expert opinions.

Quoting from the conclusion in the paper: "In the end, we are not exaggerating to say that billions of lives are at stake. We call on the public health institutions to demonstrate, with evidence, why the issues discussed in this paper are not relevant to public health, or to acknowledge that they are and to act accordingly."

The most decorated Marin Corps General in US history was Gen. Smedley Butler. He wrote, “WAR is a racket,,,A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small "inside" group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes."
