The citizens had power in Minnesota in the past and they lost it. That ultimately is their fault. If they can't hold on to their power, they will lose it again and deservedly so. Yes I have been to Minnesota. Yes I've met Minnesotans. There are so few with the spirit of the American Revolutionary. So few with the spirit of the Frontiersman. Most just follow the perceived crowd, follow convention, don't want to rock the boat.
