If you don’t have it you can’t go anywhere. If you do have it you might be able to go someplace but you have to stand in line to get to checked first. And if you’re “bad” you can’t go anywhere again.
That’s the very definition of restricted freedom of travel.
It is. Believe me. Home of UNT which is for Dallas area kids who couldn’t get into any of the three flagship schools. And it looks run down as shit. Worst of both worlds.
