I previously grew them with about 4-5 hours of strong sun. It was a sheltered spot.

Where I currently live, I have had really poor success with a much sunnier garden. I suspect the strong winds cause them not to climb as well. This year I am trying them in a more sheltered spot near the house, which only gets sun from mid April to Sept. and is shaded the rest of the year.

You're right! Dexter falls in that category too.

Many are victims of coercion, but they ultimately made the choice with their free will.

How did your cut come out? I don't even like to risk engaging the stylist in too much conversation cuz then they don't concentrate. One time they were so chatty they kept taking more and more off and I ended up with the shortest cut she had ever given me.

I listened to him a bunch a while back. I think he is on target and has good insights.

The Cathy O'Brien book? That is a tough read. I read that about 23 years ago
and yes it does get etched in your brain. But it helped lay the foundation of how deep the conspiracy goes.

James Spader is great(as usual) in it. I watched it for a bunch of seasons and was pleased to see it depicting how the cabal works. I stopped, just because I realized I prefer avoiding watching shows with gratuitous violence.

In any case these days i try & avoid both. I use maple syrup as my go to sweetener, because I find it more gentle on my system. https://www.sfgate.com/news/article/SUGAR-SUGAR-Cane-and-beet-share-the-same-2939081.php

I agree cookies are way different from when we were kids. I do not bother with commercial cookies anymore, assuming it is all gmo beet grown sugar and gmo corn syrup. Back in the day, sugar was grown from sugar cane. So the chemistry of sugar has changed dramatically, which of course alters the finished product.

Plus consider the fact even regular commercial wheat is harvested with roundup as a dessicant.

I was reading a cookbook from the 80's the other day, and actually felt nostalgic, like ingredients were so much purer then I used to make the recipes. (with things like using corn oil or corn syrup, which i wouldn't go near now with a 10 foot pole...)

I have listened to a lot of her work since the beginning of the plandemic. She is a woman and married. At one point her husband almost died in the ER... I especially like when she is in the 5 docs conversations on Critically Thinking. As she has become more of a public figure, it seems like she has gone through a few makeover phases. When I just saw this particular video it even startled me, she looked a bit little different.

Me too. Blue is the only actual color I can stand to wear. As a former (messy) coffee drinker, black became my go to, since it hides stains the best. I have always wondered how anyone could wear white. Mine would be stained immediately. So for me black, blue and grey.

Perhaps Medical Medium protocols would be something that interests you or benefits you . His view, is overweight issues ( and many health issues) stem from a burdened liver. He has various levels of cleanses.

A basic thing he advises is to properly hydrate first thing in the morning with 16- 32. oz lemon water.

What ever path you take I agree decision and commitment are key. And endless self forgiveness. Thanks for sharing & Best Wishes!

Boiling water is good If you have weeds in gravel or through bricks or cracks in concrete. There is also a propane weed burner if it is a non flammable area.

You need to get the roots with crab grass, not sure if vinegar will do it. I have had the best luck hand pulling and using a small trowel to get roots of tenacious weeds. Easiest after the rain. It is tedious, but also soothing and calms the mind. Unlike the internet!

The other day I thought of the Neil Young song, "The Needle and the Damage Done" as an unintended, yet appropriate song title for these times. https://youtu.be/aYY87VEQtRM

In the pfizer vax sword commercial? Martha did look like she had such an enormous amount of work done. A few years ago she had already looked extremely over plastic surgeried. Or maybe she was replaced... who knows. It seems part of the satanic agenda to turn people into almost grotesque caricatures.

Yes, I agree. But for many peeps it is an easier route for them to give up carbs completely, than practice moderation. I think there are tons of micro nutrients in fruit and veggies, and our brains need the natural sugars. Every time I have tried the heavy meat low carb route I couldn't stick to it for more than a few days. I do think eating minimum grains is excellent for health. But that is easier said than done. Especially avoiding wheat, which I love...

Keep forgiving yourself. Decide you want to release it. Keep handing it over.

Me too, I have found they keep for a while in the fridge. The freezing experiment your husband suggested sounds like a good idea. When I freeze excess plums and apricots, I do no preparation, except for removing the pits. I leave them halved, so there will be less surface for freezer burn.

Is anyone familiar with the work of Thomas DiLorenzo ? I listened to him a while back and realized as usual, we have been lied to. I would like to learn the truth about Lincoln & Civil War but not in such a detailed way as reading his books...

I have noticed that and agree. I used to be able to buy some clothes at Costco. Some even have the label recycled, as if it is a plus. It is like wearing garbage.

I have heard magnesium glycinate is the best one for sleep, while magnesium citrate might stimulate the bowels.
