So this data covid deaths do outnumber flu deaths, so they didn't just "shift" everything over. That said, there have been known cases of misreported covid deaths just because people died in a car wreck that "had covid" but they didn't die "from covid", but nobody has the numbers on exactly how many this miscount was made on. Could it make up the 200-600k gap between flu and covid deaths? Maybe? Probably not. Nobody knows.

Basically, vitamin k makes your bones strong. Vitamin d needs vitamin K for activation. If you flood your body with vitamin d and you don't have any vitamin k laying around in your bloodstream, then the vitamin d will start extracting the k from your bones instead.
Vitamin d is not water soluble, so you can't and won't just pee it out the excess like the vitamin c or vitamin b.
