I really wish people would look at this a little more objectively. Good people trust other people. This woman probably helped many people as a nurse, and is probably a service oriented individual. That is the lens through which she sees the world. She can't fathom the extent of the evil. TBH it scares me a little that I see it right away, but I have been in a profession that trains cynicism.
