My personal life is fraught with challenges right now. Family members going through the wringer (many, not all). In toto, it is enough to sink an emotional ship. So, micro is challenging.
Macro is challenging.
So what to do? EVERY DAY, like Paul, I look for the silver lining in whatever situation I am looking at. I PTL and feel immense gratitude for those who are living life with blessings.
In addition, accepting with no envy in my heart that my family member's journey, or my friend's journey, is different than many. Celebrate the joy of others, even when it provides a sharp contrast to my situation.
Finally, end goal, gratitude for all that is for this IS THE JOURNEY!

glutamine does not equal gluten All the items you list are stellar! I had digestive issues (even doing keto) until I rebuilt my gut lining. The most influential factor in that was l-glutamine, imo, as well as what used to be called Restore4Life from Zac Bush. Now its sold through Revelation Health and rebranded, not sure of new name. Good luck with your healing journey!
Have you tried using l-glutamine (about 1tsp powder) dissolved in water? Helps rebuild 1 cell thick gut lining that sounds like has been compromised in you. Easy try, big difference if it works. Give it 2 weeks before fully evaluating.
