My husband is a sub-contractor for the government. Apparently he’ll now be required to get the jab. He has health issues related to an auto-immune disease and the after-effects of pneumonia from his mask. Scrambling to put together a vax-mitigation strategy if he’s going to have to take it, but I’ll fight like hell and put everyone on notice first. So here are my questions:

1. Does life insurance pay out if you take an experimental drug?
2. Does someone injured from an experimental drug qualify for medical disability?
3. Is an employer liable for death or injury if they require the jab?
4. Is a physician liable for death or injury if they do not sign a medical exemption and administer the vax? Thank you!!!
