MSM continues to spin this as a weather event "caught in high winds and a sandstorm as it navigated a narrow stretch of the canal" even blaming "climate change" while ignoring, or at least downplaying the role, of pilot error. If you're having trouble keeping your 60m wide boat in the middle of a 300+m canal, maybe slow down from almost twice the posted limit.
