Ice and snow reflect solar radiation quite well, while water absorbs it quite well. Floating solar panels could generate a lot of energy while stopping some of the radiation from entering the water. ocean surface is a good place for solar. 🤔💭 Theory 😲💡

While Global Warming is clearly a power / Cash grab, there is no reason not to do things to improve efficiency and polution.
