For those who may be interested (everyone here should be) and may not know: Dennis Montgomery testified at deposition Monday and Tuesday of this week.
I've been busy and haven't read the various protective orders in the case. Assuming there isn't a protective order preventing the release of the transcript of the deposition to the public, it will become available to the public in 90 days.
If everything is as we believe it to be, this is an enormous step.
Didn't comply the first time around, and have zero intent of complying should there be a second time around.
