Hi. I'm theSocraticChallenge. And I'm a (recovering) doomer.

I'll admit it, these midterms hurt, but not because there wasn't a "Red Wave." Actually, I'm convinced there absolutely WAS a red wave...but that yet another round of shameless ballot fraud obscured it.

It's not surprising, not at all. In fact, I think we all pretty much expected it. But it still feels like a punch in the face.

It would almost be too much, but for one simple variable: Donald Trump.

I think everybody in this forum knows that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump, and that there is a mountain of evidence that can establish that. And yet, it would appear to a casual observer as if Trump put up a half-assed attempt at fighting it, and when that fell flat, he just threw his hands up and walked away to lick his wounds and try again in 2024.

Only problem is, that's not the Trump way: everything about this man's history says that he will not stop until everyone that's cheated him pays dearly for daring to cross him. He very much believes in revenge. And more than that, he's very good at it!

So there's one thing I know for sure: Trump is definitely planning something, and when he finally strikes back...it will indeed be Biblical, commensurate with the severity of the offense. I believe that's why the "lions and the jackals" video has been playing at his rallies lately. He has an absolutely savage trick up his sleeve, of that I have zero doubt.

I guarantee, Trump will not look at 2024 until 2020 has been paid in full. That's just who he is, it's as simple as that.

And I, for, one, am starting up the popcorn machine.

As the police move in on the convoy in Ottawa, we're kind of learning a sad lesson:

Wicked governments bent on subjugating their people are immune to peaceful protests. They literally don't care what their people think.

A couple summers ago BLM conducted a very, very uncivilized protest, and Mr. Fancy-Socks KNEELED to them. These truckers staged what is surely the most civilized protest IN WORLD HISTORY, even feeding Ottawa's homeless! And yet, the Socialist Republic of Canada looks to be preparing to drop the hammer on them so hard it's staggering--moving to imprison them and even take their kids, if the rumors are true. And now that Castro's bastard son has some nice, shiny emergency war powers to play with, they might even be denied due process!

Don't misunderstand, I'm not dooming, not at all. In fact, I'm increasingly hopeful: frens, I think we've just entered the end game. I think these recent events simply highlight what Q told us all along: military is the only way.

The trucker's convoy kicked off a global surge of grassroots energy in the fight for freedom That boulder has started rolling down the hill and gaining speed. And now that the entire world has seen how their leaders react to peaceful requests for change, they'll be far more accepting of the next phase. Whereas prior to these events, the populace might have viewed a military action with much uneasiness, now they will cheer the arrival of their champions in that day, because they'll know in their hearts: their wretched slave-masters asked for it--and now they're getting it.

Nothing Can Stop What Is Coming to them: Pain. Checkmate.

I always chuckle a little bit whenever I encounter this verse!

The mining trucks rolling in are a nice touch, but if things take a bad turn it might be nice to have some monster trucks in the arsenal. Rev it up!

TLDR: Launching a flurry of class-action lawsuits against organizations that institute discriminatory policies based on a person's vaccination status could be a very lucrative way to end medical tyranny, especially as it becomes more and more apparent that having been vaccinated is PROVABLY no more effective in preventing the spread of covid than is not having been vaccinated--making the policy unsupportable.

Inspired by Nick Sandmann's literal million-dollar smile, I'm wondering if we might be able to take a similar route to shatter medical tyranny?

Now that Drs Malone and McCullough are exposed to the normies thanks to Joe Rogan, and even further through Senator Johnson's Second Opinion forum, it seems to me that a capable lawyer can argue very effectively that being unvaccinated against covid poses no material health risk to the community compared to having the full complement of vaccine/boosters. Therefore, discriminatory policies that restrict the rights of persons based on their vaccination status is defamatory.

In essence, barring admittance or inclusion to unvaccinated persons declares, publicly, that unvaccinated persons pose a significant health risk to the community compared to vaccinated persons, and must therefore be excluded in such ways. Such unsupportable and defamatory policies have caused and continue to cause significant harm to their victims, through significant loss in social standing and in several cases through the very loss of their employment even while they were in otherwise good standing.

Because such policies are now provably unsupportable and because the harm they have caused is enormous, it seems to me that it would now be an extremely lucrative opportunity to file a flurry of class-action defamation lawsuits (assuming a class can be defamed) against every single organization, institution, and municipality, individually, if they should refuse to immediately rescind such unsupportable policies.

For many of these organizations, their only hope is to hide behind "we were just following CDC guidelines". But I believe a capable lawyer would be able to argue that, due to the enormous impact of these decisions, and the obvious controversy surrounding the efficacy of the vaccines, the standard for due diligence necessarily goes beyond blindly trusting an unelected and unaccountable 3-letter government agency. It's logically similar to Nazi soldiers hiding behind "I was only following orders"...which didn't work very well for them.

Lawyers, is there something here? Or a similar strategy that shows promise if not this exact one? Is it time to launch the offensive against medical tyranny?

Note: I know a number of GAW long-timers are getting pretty tired of this vaccine stuff, viewing it as outside the umbrella of Q Research. I think it's pretty clear that these past 2 years have been the Cabal's boldest and most vicious assault on the world. In my estimation, the level of coordination globally to spread tyranny far and wide under the guise of a medical emergency actually proves Q, whose central message has been from the beginning that we are ruled by a global cabal of truly evil people.

They punched us, hard. Now, finally, I think we're in a position to punch back--and 10 times harder!

From what I've heard everybody say, whether on the left or the right, it sounds like there is one thing they all agree on: the covid vaccine is as safe as it is effective. ;-)

I wrote the following form letter to demand that an organization stop discriminatory policies related to a customer's vaccine status. Would like some input before I send my first one.

In particular, I have a bad feeling I'm claiming that the anti-mandate position is way stronger than it is and the pro-mandate position far weaker than it is, from a courtroom-provable standard...

To your organization's policy makers:

Your continued discrimination against potential customers who refuse to poison their blood with experimental "vaccines" is unscientific and unacceptable, as Senator Ron Johnson has exposed in a recent symposium of knowledgeable medical experts. Please view the following videos, which demonstrate more than adequately that your position has no basis in science--and more importantly, that it can not stand up to any legal challenge and assuredly will not stand up to any legal challenge:

Highlight reel from the symposium showcasing the most important findings

Full symposium to view the speakers in context

You and your organization's policy makers cannot fairly be held accountable for your misinformed policies in the past: all of the highly credentialed presenters at the Second Opinion forum have had their well-informed, expert opinions routinely censored by individuals and organizations that clearly have not had the best interests of the public in mind and that have done great harm to the public, either by malicious intent or by dangerous incompetence. Because such efforts at censorship have been so effective, you can't reasonably be expected to have known the full facts surrounding the issue.

But with the public release of this information through Senator Johnson's forum, you and your organization's policy makers are now in a position that you either know or should know that discrimination against a population based on their vaccination status under the provably false pretense that such a status materially safeguards the health of your other clients or of your staff is no longer reasonable and no longer defensible, either legally or morally. As such, your organization will be exposed to challenges from every legal avenue, both criminal and civil, for such policies in the future.

Therefore, I humbly request and strongly advise that your organization cease, as soon as you are able, all medically discriminatory policies, such as but not limited to your policy of denying service to persons who have chosen not to receive the Covid-19 vaccine or its full complement of boosters.

The facts are against you, and your organization cannot withstand the barrage of legal challenges awaiting you if you continue on this misguided course. Please make the scientific choice. Please make the wise choice. Please make the moral choice.

Sincerely,

Title says it all. Can we do anything with that?

Here’s a little logic bomb for you to throw when the inevitable question arises: “Are you fully vaccinated?”

Answer: “I’m as vaccinated as a trans-woman is a woman” 😎

But hoping the Plan kicks in before this farce drags on much longer. Good luck out there, frens!
