Yep. Me too. There should not be staggered reporting. There should be ONE time established when everyone reports at the exact same time and any precinct not able to do that does not get to have their votes counted at all. No time to alter data. Tipping the hand only allows the cheating to continue.

My son worked on merchant vessels for 10 years. Remember the El Faro that sank and lost its entire crew back in Oct 2015? It was because it catastrophically lost all power in a hurricane and without power the ship was not able to steer causing the ship to turn sideways to the wind instead of heading into the wind. It rolled over and sank. My son was on the same model ship but in the pacific at the time and I watched the hurricane tracker every day after that incident. Those vessels take miles to make turns and if the current is strong against the turning direction it’s even harder. merchant ships are not like cars that can easily turn a corner and honestly knowing what I know based on his stories through the years I’m a bit shocked that there are not more incidents. Backup systems are not bulletproof.
But pay now or pay later it’s still the same amount now that the merger is complete.
Funny thing is, I called my broker, and they had no clue, I was giving them information that they didn’t know about last week. Everything about this whole SPAC has been suppressed in mainstream investing. I even tried to update my watchlist this morning and couldn’t find the ticker by searching by name. I had to navigate to my holdings in order to add the ticker to my watchlist.
Why hold warrants? The exercise price is fixed, correct? What would be a benefit of holding over exercising it into the class A stock?
Ditto but have not seen/heard anything on when they can be exercised? Wondering if that will be allowed once the new ticker is live or ?
Just saying something does not make it true. Incredible this story comes out yet nothing on Biden’s OBVIOUS decline. At his SOTU speech it was painfully obvious his handlers had him hyped up on Adderall. Anyone familiar with that drug knows its primary side effect is anger while (temporarily) trying to sharpen the mind and his speech was full of anger. I challenge anyone to keep up with an active schedule like Trump has and not occasionally forget something out of exhaustion which is the goal of those trying to discredit him with all these fake court cases. Biden hides in his house and constantly has trouble remembering anything.
This sick behavior will continue until we have the death penalty for child sex abuse. I am SICKENED by the number of stories I read every week about people we have trusted to protect our children.
Yes it matters! Many people reading think this is new news and it makes us look out of touch when others share info from years ago as if it happened today. Anyone can submit and edit stuff and if you look at the entry now it has all kinds of additional obviously fake info added. Typically the picture is of the headstone for confirmation but someone has posted pics of him instead.

Same. Have family that sells mattresses so got a firm one for a great price but put the my pillow mattress topper on it and now I can sleep comfortably. Also have the pillows on my guest bed (I prefer down) but family guests say they like the pillows.
If I didn’t dislike the weather in Houston so much, I might actually have considered moving to his district in Houston. We need many more common sense politicians (wait was that an oxymoron?) in this country!

Whenever my kids would come crying to me telling me they were hurt, my first question was, is it bleeding? they said, no, I told him to suck it up and pay attention next time lol. It’s amazing how things have changed in just a few generations.
You know, 10 years ago my first thought would’ve been what a tragic accident and I’m sorry for the family. These days my first thought is it’s not an accident, but a message. I no longer believe the majority of accidents are really accidents. I feel a bit sad to live in a world like that, but this site and a few others helped to open my eyes and realize there’s so much more going on :-(
Some cheat to get into office, some pretend to be one way and then change after being elected (probably once someone has dirt on them) and some districts are just vote in stupid people because they vote for a party not the person. We are working on things and the Paxton issue outed several who need to go as did some other votes in our state congress like giving money to support Muslim holidays. I’m not sure what part of separation of church and state was not understood.
And the reason I feel unsettled is because of everyone here. The one thing GAW has taught me is to NEVER accept anything at face value.

Yep. This is the way! Watching who does not support this will be an interesting show. It was a bi-partisan bill but passed 34-5. Those “5” need to be watched closely. Using religion as justification to oppose the death penalty is disgusting.
