I am a teacher here in the state of North Carolina. My school district started out making masks optional, but has subsequently mandated masks. I have done what I can thus far to stand against the mask mandate. I attended the School Board meeting and vocalized my stance against the mandate. I have sent to both the School Board members and the school Superintendent numerous links to information from videos/articles/studies regarding the lethal injection and inefficacy of masks. They have now drawn first blood and I would like to respond in kind.
If there are any Pede lawyers out there who could provide actual, authoritative legal advice it would be much appreciated.
My questions are as follows:
Does anyone out there know if there have been any successful legal challenges to mask mandates, particularly with regard to the public school system?
Is a class action lawsuit an option, if so how then should I proceed?
Any suggestions regarding law firms that would take up the gauntlet?
If you are not a lawyer, or someone actually in the midst of this type of lawsuit, please refrain from making frivolous comments. I want to bring legal pain.

I have a great idea for you to show off your popularity with the American people, and prove once and for all that you got 81 million votes. Why don't you host a boat rally, or a vehicle convoy like Trump? He doesn't even have to organize one, they just spontaneously occur with thousands of participants. Ok, so I decided to have another run at Tulane University after my phone calls a week or so ago, regarding Hunter Biden being featured as a guest speaker for one of their classes. Rather than calling them again, I thought it might be fun to craft an email lauding Hunter's extensive experience and accomplishments that make him superbly qualified to be presented as a role model and mentor figure for their students. As you are certainly aware, the good Governor of Michigan imposed a travel restriction upon the citizens of Michigan, during which, she took a private jet to Florida for a little private getaway. Upon learning of this I became mildly annoyed, so, not having anything else in particular to occupy my attention, I decided to send her an email. Below is an exact copy of the email that I just sent moments ago.
Hey governor, hope you had a great time in Florida during the travel lockdown you imposed upon your peasants, I mean citizens. I understand you took a private jet, how nice for you. It must be wonderful to be numbered among the privileged elite, unfettered by the restrictions and requirements imposed on the commoners of lower station. I should probably have addressed you as, "Your Highness", or "Your Majesty", or better, "Empress Wretched", I mean gretchen. My apologies for my unintended insolence. I do have one small reservation concerning your junket to Florida. It would have been much more environmentally conscious of you to have taken a commercial flight so that you would have had a smaller carbon footprint. But, I suppose, when one is as exalted and preeminent as you are, the indulgence of taking a private flight, and traveling when all others have been restricted from doing so, can in no way be construed as acts of hypocrisy. After all, you are above such trivial matters, and cannot be encumbered with the affairs of the crude and worthless masses. I would fall down and worship at your feet, Empress witless, I mean whitmer, may you live forever, but I am beneath ever being granted the privilege of knowing your presence. May you reign forever.
You have probably read that hunter biden is going to be a guest speaker for a class at Tulane University called "Media Polarization and Public Policy Impacts". So, I called Tulane and asked to speak with someone in the President's office. I was transferred by the operator and was connected with a young lady named Jessica. A transcript of our conversation follows:
Me: Yes, Jessica, I just read that hunter biden is going to be a guest speaker for one of your classes.
Jessica: Yes he is, I just found out about that this morning.
Me: That's quite exciting.
Jessica: Yes, it is.
Me: Do you know if that will be open to the public, I'd love to hear what he has to say?
Jessica: No, I don't think it is.
Me: Oh, that's unfortunate. Well I do have a couple of questions for you. When he speaks in front of the class, will that be with clothes or without? How many prostitutes will he have with him? And will he have cocaine for everyone, or just for himself?
