1. Grand Jury is convened by jurisdictional authority to investigate and gather evidence.

2. With sufficient evidence to convict, the GJ will indict the individual (possibly under seal).

3. For treason, 2 individuals must submit affidavits alleging treason for the same act, then this is also investigated and added to charges per Constitution, 1788 (Article III?)

4. Once individual is charged, they may be questioned (with lawyer) and restricted (i.e. ankle bracelet)

5. Trial date (with 12 jurors) is set, defendant faces charges and presents evidence in their defense. Trial is recorded in ANALOG video and audio (to be shown later, presumably).

6. Verdict on each charge is rendered

7. Defendant is sentenced for each charge if found guilty; if death, a particular method is specified or applied from statutes/military law
