For the last few years, when you work on a big studio film set, you have to sign a behavior Oath. You can be fired from the set for being critical of Wokeness and Diversity. So the exact thing that is destroying the Industry is not allowed to be discussed within the Industry.
Imagine if there is a Great Awakening and Citizens are judged on their past actions. The people who went after our children and/or denied us our basic Freedoms. They would not be starting on a good footing. That is for sure.

I read an article about Glenn Close. When she was starting out, a Hollywood Producer acted as a predator. Years later when she was the Lead in a film. There was a closed set and that same Producer walked on the set with his daughter. She demanded he be removed from the set and humiliated him in front of his daughter. That must have been a sweet moment for her.

I have a favorite Greek restaurant I frequent. The owner is like the Basil Faulty of Greek Restaurants. He often drinks on the job and shares all his current woes. He is also generous and gives huge portions and will comp you a free beer from time to time. Anyway, he has his own delivery drivers and does all the apps as well. When I see the DoorDash or UberEats, drivers come in, it is like they are spiritually DEAD. They never smile and often they don't even say a word. They shove their phones into the faces of the front desk staff and wait to be handed their delivery. Never a thanks or good-bye.
