There has been much talk about section 11. 3 in the DoD War Manual, with many believing that it is the 11.3 referred to in Q Drop 26 ("The only way is the military. Fully controlled. Save & spread (once 11.3 verifies AS 1ST MARKER).").
However, many people seem to assume that 11.3 has already verified (with the China-controlled Biden/Harris administration being the belligerent occupation referred to in the manual. However, what almost everyone seems to have missed is this phrasing of the title of section 11.3:
"End of Occupation and Duration of GC Obligations"
Notice it now? End of occupation. Not beginning. End. This means that if Drop 26 is indeed referring to the DoD War Manual, 11.3 has not verified. It will verify when the Biden/Harris occupation of Washington D.C. ends. That could mean that the Storm doesn't begin until Biden and Harris are out.
I don’t think people will have to ask, “Is this the storm?” I think it will be quite clear.

I've always understood it from what I've read of Q drops, that the storm was going to be like martial law and regular people in hiding and waiting for a coast is clear call when it is over. That is why we put aside food, water, ammo and other items of necessity. So I suppose since martial law hasn't been called and the military hasn't stepped in, then the storm is not upon us just yet. So yes, I believe you are right.
You got me thinking, the Storm could also mean weathering the 2 or 4 years they are messing stuff up.. Think about it, we have to go through the dark to see the light, the dark resembles storms obviously.. But also I have the theory that DC is no longer in charge. . The white house is on a national park land and courts have ruled that national parks are their own federal entity.. This is what I think trump meant by they lost the white house at cpap speech.. Also Washington dc has multiple dams and could possibly be flooded (biblical)

The most convincing theory I've heard is that they're waiting until he has been in office for at least two years and one day. This is because if Harris were to take his place before that, she would only be eligible to run for one more term (whereas if she were to serve less than half a term, she could run for two more).
