The failure of the Covid measures was part of the plan. The WHO is using it to push member states to sign a new agreement for global pandemic preparedness which will basically hand over the power to the WHO in any medical and climate emergency.
The new treaty which expands the 2005 treaty, if adopted by member states means that the WHO’s constitution (as per Article 9) will take precedence over each country's constitution during natural disasters or pandemics. In other words, the WHO will be dictating not just recommending.
This is just another step towards their One World Government aka New World Order.
Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, who has worked for the WHO for 20 years, warns that every country should send a public letter of protest to the WHO, saying it is unacceptable that the signature of the Minister of Health in any country, should decide the fate of millions of people without a referendum.
Dr. Stuckelberger shared the information that so far only the Russians have sent such a letter of objection.

Every time they remove or reduce restrictions, I'm not happy about it.
It means they've reset the window of opportunity.
When the restrictions are in place, they say "We can't remove the restrictions because we'll all die. This isn't about freedom, it's about science denial!"
Then, when the restrictions are lifted, they say "You should have filed when the restrictions were in place. You have no standing because you're not being oppressed; there's nothing to remedy."
And round in circles we go.
Only until you can get a case on the court floor BEFORE restrictions are lifted will you have standing.
When can you whack the mole? When it pops its head out.
But then they'll say you can't have the mallet because of the coof.

It's bad when the restrictions lift or expire on their own. It means we can't touch them anymore with legal confrontations. All valid cases are dropped along with the restrictions, and we end up back at square one.

This is infuriating for a reason. Their goal is to get us to try and use violence so they can cast us as boogeymen and sick the masses on us.
Patience and an even temper is necessary to move forward. You have to find their loopholes and exploit them. If a cheater hacks a game so they can insert code, then you have to find a situation where the cheater's code is ineffective.
For example, COD4 had a glitch where if you held down a stun grenade with the martyrdom perk, where you drop a grenade on death, then as soon as you die you'll drop a live grenade instead of a stun grenade with the fuse timer of the stun grenade. Effectively, if you die by anything other than a headshot or a knife kill, you will explode instantaneously and take out anyone around you. I used this technique to cause cheaters to quit. Their aimbot was useless when every up-close kill would instantly kill them unless they turned off their aimbot and went for a knife kill.
This is how we win. Find exploits in their plan, and annoy them until they give up and leave. We might not win in court because the whole thing is rigged, but constant pressure will make them leave and show their ass. They're corrupt, which means they don't want to play fair.
They are bullies and brats. Level the playing field, and they will quit because they cannot win 100% of the time.

Hmmm? The only nation so far to send a letter of protest is Russia. This is important. All the other drama is just distraction to keep everyone from looking at what they are really doing. The NWO is moving forward as they had planned and they have not missed a step. The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) held its first behind closed doors meeting on Feb 24, 2022 to draft and negotiate a WHO convention, agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response, and to agree on ways of working and timelines. There was a virtual resumption session on March 16. They are supposed to meet again by 1 August 2022 to discuss progress on a working draft. It will also hold public hearings to inform its deliberations; deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023; and submit its outcome for consideration by the 77th World Health Assembly in 2024.
We must not take our eyes off the ball here because behind all the drama in the news that is a distraction, this treaty is where they really want to go and we only have a narrow window of time to come out against it. Once this trap has been sprung, it will be all but impossible to undo. Pieces of this beast are being put into place on the bottom end such as the digital passport systems on the local level. The WHO is working on the top layer of global governance to dismantle state sovereignty. In other words, bottom up, top down, and we are squeezed in the middle. We are being corralled into a worldwide digital ID system.
The lifting of mandates is only temporary - they will resume at some point. Besides giving people the false sense of making progress, the lifting of mandates clears some of the legal cases in the pipeline that no longer are applicable because the premise for the original cause of action is lost. When mandates are reinstituted, the litigants are forced to start over with new causes of action. This is also a tactical move to drain resources and weaken public resolve to fight back. We need to be targeting the beast system itself and legal actions need to be focused in those areas.
Our elected officials need to be put on notice that we are aware of what they are trying to do and any new candidates running for office must be forced to publicly acknowledge what is happening here and must take a stand against it. Public awareness and pushback on these treaties is how we stop them. They count on the public being distracted in order to quietly move forward. Patriots, it is up to us to save this country for future generations. Our voices do make a difference when it comes to these types of maneuvers by the DS. Sunlight still is the best disinfectant and the light makes the roaches scatter for cover. Once they no longer have the cover of silence, they do back down. It may only buy us time, but that precious time is needed in order to better dismantle permanently what they are trying to build. This is war.

Here in Utah the infrastructure is in place to put us in a digital gulag. I kid you not. This spring legislative session, we (temporarily) defeated digital drivers licences (DDL), couldn't ban vaccine passports. Governor's grand plan is to link it all up digitally. Then we do something deemed unacceptable, like donating to a trucker freedom convoy, freeze us out of our bank accounts.

Honestly, the only way that I can see how to halt this system dead in its tracks is if we are willing to give up the damn smart phones. Without the phones, their entire digital system becomes useless. The problem is that people have become so addicted to their devices that they are unwilling to give them up. If we were all willing to work on this together, their system would crash. Maybe we do need a blackout just to break the addiction. Sadly, I cannot see anyone giving up their phones any more than they have been willing to give up their social media like FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc. - and this includes Patriots. We have literally helped them build the means of our own slavery.

I believe you are right. I only have my smartphone at home. Really, I only use it for texting and an occasional personal phone call. That number is not distributed to anyone other than personal contacts. I have a landline for anything business. When I go out, I have a cheap TracFone that I keep in a faraday pouch. I only need it in case of an emergency since there are not payphones anymore. I have old fashioned maps in my car and will look something up before I leave the house if I need directions. With a little planning, being without a smartphone I find liberating.
You are right about the beast system that we helping to create. They knew how addicted everyone would become to having instant access to information. Most people cannot consider life without it at this point. That was all by design. I choose not to be part of the problem. So, even if it is only me, I refuse to be a slave to a device or a system.
I know, I’m TERRIBLE w/ directions and I was thinking the other day about how I got around w/o my phone to guide me. It doesn’t take much for me to get lost. But, somehow I always made it around before gps was a thing and I know I could do it again, it would just take some getting used to and preplanning before I went anywhere.

I try and show people the difference been a “winning” telegram post vs the actual article linked to it. People are deliberately posting rubbish posts to make people complacent. A post will say mandates are abolished, but the article will say something else, ie. gatherings increased from a to b, and mandates dropped for x, but not y and z.
None of these is a win for me, unless people start hanging and made to pay for their crimes, then we can start taking about “winning”.
