Those congressional floor challenges, known and anticipated well in advance of the morning of January 6, 2021, would have formed a legal and constitutional basis for ‘standing’ in judicial challenges that would have eventually reached the Supreme Court. The certification during “emergency session” eliminated the problem for Washington DC.

Fascinating read. It seemed clear that Pence issued his infamous letter prior to the session for one reason, make the false flag plausible. His letter was written and published to claim MAGA had motive for storming the Capitol.

Why did President Trump effectively cooperate with all of this by calling for the rally on Jan 6th, and sending the people from the rally to the capital afterward? He delayed his own speech (an hour late) apparently to coordinate the timing.
I did not understand the logic of that rally at the time, and I still don't. The author says it would not have mattered - the pipe bombs would have been used to create the required emergency if the people lured into the capital had not cooperated.
The answers to these questions are outside the scope of the article though.

Because without a massive amount of regular, non-violent rally-goers the false flag would have been carried off successfully, with only violent "MAGA people" (Antifa, Ukraine etc) there. The crowd would not have needed to be big - observe the selective editing of footage the MSM has used to make it look like the "majority" were doing violence etc.
OK, that seems plausible... they effectively overwhelmed the false flag attack with a sea of "normal people". Then the capital police invited the normal people into the building, and gave them a tour. I am still a bit fuzzy on the logic behind that part.
Did everyone see the picture of Ashley Babbitt posing with Ray Epps and the head of the capital police? That seems to add more credibility to the idea that the shooting was fake and staged, like a movie. Why that was done, I have no idea.
I think that picture was pretty roundly debunked actually. BUT I am 100% positive (Wooz News video just in case, though most here have seen this well by now) Babbitt was not really shot/was absolutely part of the op. I don't think they needed seen together to establish this.
Regarding the tour part, continuing the above logic photo opps. Like the "insane horn helmet guy" Chansley bellowing and shit. Unfortunately for their stupid narrative, I think again they were not expecting normies to come rambling in and take the tour, just operators (Antifa etc as mentioned) to guide, get pictures, tell them what to break, what have you.
If you read the DOD timeline of January 6, 2021 the demonstrators did not start marching to the Capitol until 1:15 p.m. and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get there. The Capitol was evacuated at 1:26 p.m. which is 11 minutes later.
It seems more likely President Trump delayed to make sure the people at the Rally would not have time to reach the Capitol by 1:00 p.m.
Maybe the rally was meant to corner The DC Mayor and Pelosi into accepting NG troops?
Also, recall, there was supposed to be a second Rally at the Supreme Court building, but President Trump scrapped the idea.

I've said repeatedly that the Rules Cmte is the most powerful in the House. And these emergency rules were new? What Republicans sit on the Rules Cmte? THEY understood what happened. And why weren't these details put together by all the legal geniuses at the time Trump's team was being denied standing. And while the congress has the power to control their rules, i am not sure that extends to rules that change the Constitution.
