I mostly am curious what bigger picture elements we might be able to pull from these files.

“Abner Mikva was an American politician, federal judge, and legal scholar. He was a member of the Democratic Party. Mikva served in the United States House of Representatives representing Illinois's 2nd congressional district (1969–1973) and 10th congressional district (1975–1979). He was appointed as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit by President Jimmy Carter, serving from 1979 to 1994.* He served as the White House Counsel from 1994 to 1995 during Bill Clinton's presidency.*
Also, Merrick Garland took over for him after he left his judicial post
It’s notable that he was apparently representing Hyde Park in Congress, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Chicago.
I think it’s also noteworthy that he died on July 4th, 2016.
He has ties to both Jimmy and Billy Bob Clinton. So I was intrigued enough to start looking at the files.
I find it noteworthy that the FBI was investigating him and apparently needed to redact a ton of information regarding certain memos Abner may or may not have been involved in. But things that jumped out at me right away are:
He was involved in the FBI investigating what appears to be Hatch Act violations in the Clinton presidency,
And
Bruce Lindsey gets named dropped in the FBI interview of Abner in the first few pages. This is noteworthy because:
He was named in a lawsuit during the Whitewater controversy, and he testified before a grand jury regarding the sexual misconduct allegations surrounding Bill Clinton in the run-up to his impeachment. He is a partner of Wright, Lindsey & Jennings, a Little Rock, Arkansas-based law firm, and serves as chairman of the Clinton Foundation. (Source is Wikipedia again.)
As you read further, you’ll see that Mikva was asked about meetings between the DNC and the White House, and he claims he has no knowledge about shady campaign contributions or issues with the FEC.
And then you see the FBI interviewed other people about this, at least that’s what it looks like. Insane amounts of redactions, but the unredacted snippets clearly point to fundraising and campaign events being the topic of discussion.
Then there’s a transcript about him recording jury deliberations or something.
There’s clearly a lot going on here. Between Hatch Act violations, recording judicial proceedings, and lots of ties to shady characters, I am left wondering:
Did the information contained in the redacted interviews from August 2001 contribute to 9/11?
Why did the FBI look into this in the first place? And who made the call to keep this information under wraps?
How much of this can be used against not only the Clintons, but others in DC?

Interesting character. Definitely DS/cabal and strong ties to Ukraine. And, of course, whatever would they do without their indefatigable desire to promote homosexuality (and weaken the military, in this case). More, from Wiki --

Very nice dig fren. Great starting point just to get these names on people's radars and raise awareness of the connections.
Interesting to read on p. 88 that Abner was one of four liberal congressmen pushing for hearings on war crimes in Vietnam.
Also what is the deal with all the X's slashed around the document? Seems to be between First/Last names? Marking them for categorization later I suppose.
John Kerry makes an appearance on p.98.
Just scanned through the 99 page document and it looks as if the FBI (prior to it having been completely taken over by leftists as it is now) was keeping tabs on this individual because they felt he was a communist, (Mikva) planted a recording device in a jury room at one point, supported abortion, etc.

Racine was my first thought when I saw Milwaukee and Ukraine. I want to dig a little into the organizations Mikva and his wife were involved in (but I really need sleep now). What struck me as interesting in the FBI files was that the FBI back then appeared to be pretty based and not at all fans of the pervasive communist attempts to degrade and destroy America, aware of the tactics they use with do-gooder sounding organizations and such.

The difference in tone for the FBI struck me as well. I find myself wondering if the 2001 and 1995 investigations were also started by solid agents but stopped by enemies of the Republic. Or if they just opened investigations to figure out who knew what, so they could keep it hidden.
Mikva was apparently Chair of the Illinois Human Rights Commission. A Pritzker was the chair before him. Considering a Pritzker was named in the Epstein files, I doubt his time on the HRC went well for anyone involved.
