Lets start with this Statement from the Press Secretary Sept 17th 2018 where the President asked for immediate declassification application to the FISA court and also text messages relating to the Russia investigation, without redaction, of James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Bruce Ohr.

National Archives Basic Laws and Authorities

https://www.archives.gov/about/laws/appendix/12958.html

Sec. 1.3. Classification Authority.

(a) The authority to classify information originally may be exercised only by:

(1) the President and, in the performance of executive duties, the Vice President;

(2) agency heads and officials designated by the President in the Federal Register; and

(3) United States Government officials delegated this authority pursuant to paragraph (c) of this section.

(If the President has the authority to classify information, it stands to reason that the President can also declassify information.)

Sec. 1.7. Classification Prohibitions and Limitations.

(a) In no case shall information be classified in order to:

(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;

(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;

(3) restrain competition; or

(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security.

If the information that President Trump had in his possession showed violations of law and didn't pose a risk to our national security, it should have never been classified to begin with. To prove the information in Trump's possession should have never been classified and therefore no crime was broken, perhaps Trump should request the information be released to the American people to prove his innocence. Transparency!

Time for a declass?

I can see the above scenario playing out and also the following scenario:

Durham testifies in front of Congress in 10 days.

I would assume questions will be asked about the FISA warrants.

Will we get a declass?

'KEY' Allies' called and asked not to disclose documents. How did allies' know what was in a TOP SECRET FISA warrant?

Big things are coming.

I think this is leading to a raid of the University of Delaware for 1850 boxes of information that was stored there after Biden donated it to the University. It was stored there in 2012, after 4 years of Biden being VP for Obama. I imagine dirt on Obama is also mixed in.

Here is PolitiFact saying the story is false.

Here is a University of Delaware article talking about the 1850 boxes.
