I believe the back side design change is significant. Most notable is removal of the “13 stars”. Reportedly represented 13 colonies, but likely it was the “13 families” and shareholders of US CORP.
I like to collect coins. In 2021 they changed the Silver Eagles. The back was changed and the front was updated. What’s interesting is how they updated Liberty. She has a man’s face now and allot of stubble. Very interesting but I don’t believe the white hats are running the mint and turning Liberty into a tranny at the same time.

Note that a non-DC FBofPG was setup in Forth Worth, TX in 1987, and it appears that at least half the country's "blue-stripe" $100 bills were printed here [2009 series]. It is possible that all of them were printed there for some reason. It is possible that the right side is an "exchangeable" gold certificate for when we get a new gold-backed something to replace the Federal Reserve DEBT NOTE.

Definitely very masculine features. My 2023 Type 2 does not have hair on the cheeks, just a more pronounced "chin shadow" that kinda looks like chin stubble.

Maybe it's in error to assume that "Walking Liberty" is female by default. If you go back to the 20s silver coins, it still looks like a dude wearing Roman garb and a Phrygian cap....walking.
If you look at gold coins however, the regular "Liberty" appears to be female walking towards you, but like the silver, only the "Walking Liberty" side profile reliefs appear to be masculine.

I buy an eagle a year for each of my sons starting the year they were born. Will give them to them at say 21 or whatever age seems appropriate. A nice little reminder of their lives. I also grab baptism rounds, confirmation, etc when it happens.
