Rig for Red: Also rig for romantic or rig for Johnny Mathis (this last one is no longer in use I’m sure, as it’s way too dated). Turn the control center lights to red in preparation for PD. Red light making it easier for your eyes to adjust to darkness when you rigged for black prior to heading up to PD.
PD: Periscope depth. The depth at which you can see out of your scope while still remaining submerged.
Maybe this means that Q is prepping to surface? We've been hearing about something BIG about to happen for almost three years now. I can feel something big about to happen. But, I'v ealso seen a lot of busted straight draws.

Rig for red, in the context as used by Q previously and in popular naval culture is when a mission is approaching a critical time, red lighting on the vessel is activated, all unneeded comms chatter is silenced, and a wartime shift pattern is activated among the crew. Everyone at their peak, ready to act, maximum vigilance and alertness. All extraneous distractions removed other than the mission.
So comms chatter ceasing.. I think we may not hear from Q for a period of time, however the ramifications of what operations are at their critical juncture may well be very visible once they occur. And are hopefully a resounding success, good hunting Q!
After so many purported decodes and predictions that didn't pan out, it should be clear that no one really knows when the hammer will drop. Some of the comms would serve to poke the enemy, to make then jump. While we can't see anything, the NSA could have slurped everything up -- most of the enemy are not going to be highly disciplined in secure comms. It's war and we need to catch the other side with ample evidence to lock them up. The initiative is with Q -- they don't seem to be in a hurry. But nail-biting it is, frustrating for many of us.
I have to agree with you, remember all of the indictments were coming? I'm still waiting, as well as many others are. With the upcoming Revolution in November, I'm waiting to see how the passing of RBG, and the Senate plays into it. I look to see many Republicans turn and we will see their true colors!
Now that RBG is done, the dynamics may change and the exact timing may be up in the air again. In this scenario, I'm assuming of course Q does not have a time machine. Way back, Q has also said before: moves and counter moves.

Your guess is as good as mine. In the earlier days, Q did post a lot of clues to potentially far-out stuff, such as Project Looking Glass. As far as I am concerned, UFO tech and new energy tech is probable. So other stuff cannot be ruled out. (Some others will say that Hollywood has been preparing us for all of this for decades...)

That's a new one on me. But, yeah Disney is into some sick stuff. I don't see it on that pic, and, being that you "can't unsee" I guess I hope I don't.
A lot of people get WAY too deep into the Q clock and what numbers the hands are pointing to. It turns into a bunch of numerology which is literal crazy talk. Even if you're right about it(you're probably not), just talking about that stuff is going to make normies kvetch and nope out of whatever you're saying. So, everything keeps pointing back to October. Given the election on November 3rd, the notion of some "October surprise" is rather than a conspiracy theory more of a forgone conclusion.
I guess we'll only have to wait another few weeks. Sometime between October 10th and November 1st there'll likely be some happenings either way. A three year delta would be interesting.

That is the trick , concerning the gibberish. Purposely ment to confuze and only certain types of people can even figgure it out. Once I read a few cerial brain 2 posts and NeonRevolt I found I could guess at meanings pretty quickly. The geumatria, spelling, I know, the number letter codes have a logurythmic poetry to them that uses prime numbers and repeating patturns to send plausably deniable secret codes that build on past comms. It is ment to be maddening. Thst is part of the reason we are told to enjoy the show. There is a sub plot going on silmotaniously along with the major narrative to keep the annons searching, testing, co-obborating the facts to make broad connections and escape this trap by our selves, without a savior.
