The gov1.info part is sketch af. Not a gov website. It’d be like having Facebook.com1.info or something. The com1, in this instance, is the domain and the Facebook is a sub domain of the com1. The sketchy part is that it seems to be impersonating a gov website at a glance, which it currently isn’t, therefore making it seem fraudulent.
The logic of your post makes sense, but nobody will take your source seriously with a domain like that.
