Hmm, the best reason I can imagine for the safe states being as rigged as the swing states is that results like "45% Trump and 55% Joebama" in Commiefornia and NY would look really suspicious. If Colorado voted 52% Joebama, that would be really unusual since that's a lot less Democrat than last election. It would be obvious that something's wrong if GA voted almost the same as CO/CA/NY. So the cheaters could've rigged all the states, including the red states, to look almost like the 2016 election
