Actually Poland would fall quite quickly just after the US for sure. Lithuania ? If USA will fall it will be none Lithuania,it will be Russia within months or even days ! Lithuania have only 10 thousands troops (plans 14 thousands). Poland has 144 thousands troops and it is not so much in comparison to russian army having about 1 mln troops.
We Poles would maybe have chance to resist alone 5 days if Russians would move it is probable that we would fall before NATO will do anything ( important article in Polish: https://wiadomosci.onet.pl/kraj/porazka-polskiej-armii-w-symulowanej-wojnie-cwiczenia-wykazaly-kleske-w-piec-dni/pmh647s ) , Lithuania, Lativa and Estonia will not have ever such chance, they are too small countries with too small military to stop them alone if shit would explode. And while Poland might be not invaded by Russia, Baltic States would be invaded for sure because of Russians having no land connection to Kaliningrad (former part of German Prussia they took after WWII).
Czech Republic could be relatively free for some time.Maybe,but I cannot guarantee capitalism or freedom from Russians in a long term. Maybe Switzerland would be good too I wouldn't be so sure...
By the way - because of Nord Stream II Russian-German LPG pipe and Bidet administration ignoring it unlike Trump administration whole central Europe would be in serious trouble,and Germany will get stronger,and get even stronger ties with Russia. This is almost already done... Bad for my country,bad for geopolitical interests of USA in Europe and Asia too,but who cares about those small countries in Europe arguing about something (until there will be need to send Marines and rest of the army to clean the mess in Europe again because Russia and Germany were not kept in check)
