Because it’s not an improved vax yet it’s still experimental therapy , that’s why they are rushing to get it approved..at least that’s what the Drs say ..AFLD say legally they can’t make it mandatory unless it’s a approved vax , it usually takes years 5 to 15 but they are rushing it through to be approved by years end or sooner .
