People are heavily attached to concepts, icons not to mention physical assets, relationships, etc. You are not any of those, they are all built as thought patterns and emotional vibrations within the body. You can still enjoy, but let go of the strong hold on those.

I see lot of posts on food stocking. At some point you will realize food is what kill people. Virus only facilitates to detox all the stored toxins. The rate of detox symptoms is directly proportional to stored toxins due to over eating. Thats why people who are dying from so called covid are mostly morbid. Of course, hospitals facilitate the death to a great extent, so stay the hell away from hospitals. Eat very light, that goes out completely next day. Otherwise, fast and cleanse them out.

You are the awareness witnessing the dance of the consciousness at extreme levels. Be aware of the thoughts, judgments and emotions that form in response to the events that are happening around you. Stay at the awareness level as the forms rise and fall, pass by and disappear. More and more we practice this, less and less dependency on collective mind's manifestations. We get connected to pure consciousness where past and future dissolve into present moment which is the only reality ever, everything else are illusions.
