Ah..... it's worth mentioning to our vet next appt. In general, our kitties are spoiled beyond compare.

All I can say is; they eat off my plate & sleep in my bed.

I rescued a ~5 week-old baby kitten a few years back & darn if that little sucker didn't turn me into a full bore crazy cat guy. 😁😎😵

Bottle feeding a tiny little kitten kinda tugs at your heart strings....

Anyway; we keep a close eye on them & if it happened more frequently, we'd be concerned.... either way, I'll have wife mention it to the vet next time....

ETA: Yes I used to HATE cats with a fiery passion and I thought anyone who treats ANY animal like I do is insane. I've always loved & been exceptionally kind to animals, but sleeping in my bed? Ew!
