During normal times this is correct, but we are not living in normal times. There's an overpowering stigma for doctors to not report these adverse reactions to VAERs. Medical professionals are fearful of harassment from the licensing authorities. In addition, VAERs is a very involved report that is time consuming to complete. Any ambiguity, inaccuracy, or error could mean losing their medical license and worse a felony charge. Since the EAU and availability of the Clot shots, the CDC, who administers VAERs has become a STASI organization to anyone filing a VAERs report. This was done by design. It is easier and safer for a medical professional to not report than face possible consequences for reporting. Even to the patient insistence that their adverse reaction was due to the Clot shot, doctors are in full denial of the connection. One of my friend's father, who had an adverse reactions was told by the doctor his reaction was from a "bear tick" bite, despite the adverse reaction being within 1-2 hours of getting the jab and he not being in the woods or even on a lawn during that short period of time. The doctor was making up a whole cloth lie to avoid reporting it to VAERs.

With all the chicanery and top-down pressure to not report, VEARs is most likely at best 1% reporting.
